THE Retford Guardian is getting a revamp and will be bigger and better than ever before.
There will be more news, sport and entertainment stories to keep you up-to-date with everything that is going on in the Retford community and surrounding villages.
And we want you - our readers - to be as involved in the paper as possible. Every week, the Retford Guardian will be jam-packed with a variety of stories and pictures.
Everything from village fairs and school Ofsted reports to police appeals - it will all be in our new look pages.
We want to hear from you about issues which you would like to see covered in the paper. If you have an event or something which you want promoting in the paper, then get in contact.
We are a community paper which wants to represent you and the issues that are affecting your lives.
We are creating a letters page giving you the chance to offer your views and opinions on the issues that are effecting you. Is there something you’ve got a gripe about and want to air your views on? If there is, then write to us and we will publish your letter.
We are also keen to hear from anyone who has old photographs of Retford and the surrounding villages from years gone by and would like to share their memories of them.
It could not be easier to contact us. You can write to us at the Retford Guardian, 21-27 Ryton Street, Worksop, S80 2AY, email us at newsroom@worksop-guardian.co.uk or give us a call on 01909 500500.
