A PROBLEM teenager threatened to stab police officers after trashing his mother’s Creswell home, a court heard.
Peter Storer, 18, went on a wrecking spree inside the Welbeck Street address following a row over £1. Prosecutor Helen Griffiths told Chesterfield magistrates that police were called and he picked up a bread knife and left the house, saying he would stab officers if they came near.
Storer, of Rogers Avenue, Creswell, admitted damaging property and possessing a blade in public on 30th October, and breaching a conditional discharge.
Storer apologised in a police interview and said he could not remember much after taking a combination of alcohol and cannabis.
Sentence was adjourned to 5th December.
