A BIRCOTES man has appeared in court charged with stealing diesel fuel from a lorry after syphoning it off on the A1 on 3rd May.
Clint Bramner, 23, from Chatsworth Court, admitted the theft.
The case was adjourned for full reports until 22nd June when Magistrates told him that “this is so serious that anything can happen”.
